HolidayIQ Reviewer Ria Das shares, “The jeep driver was a great photographer and took our amazing pics with my DSLR. He even instructed us to give poses and was happy to share his innovative ideas while clicking pics. He asked us to enjoy small treks at some places. We walked in between the gardens. Workers were plucking tea leaves there. We learnt the art of plucking tea leaves and plucked leaves along with them. It was foggy by then.” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer JOJI JOSEPH says, “Just amazing to be on the tallest peak in South India...The peak is in the Eravikulam National Park and is home to one of the largest surviving populations of Asian Elephants, Gaurs and the Nilgiri Tahrs. On reaching the last point, we had to walk and the view, the cool breeze and the blowing mist were astounding. ” Read Full Review

Layers of thick mist enveloped us as we drove down. It was only the expertise of the driver that the drive back was safe as he manoeuvred the vehicle through the thick impenetrable blanket of fog” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer Siddharth Shanbhogue says, “One of the most beautiful places I've been to! The star attraction is the amazing view, Make sure you get there as early as possible. HolidayIQ Reviewer Jagruthi Patel adds, “Awesome fog during the sunrise from the hills This hill is the best place for sightseeing. The temple has got a long way to pass through hills. The temple is also good and had been there with my group of friends just for chill out in the early morning and the spot of the sunrise with fog is just superb for seeing. This site is bad for the friends day out, family, romance etc. Loved the hills and best sightseeing place.” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer JOJI JOSEPH shares, “when we visited this month the area was completely wet and covered with mist most of the time. Chinnakallar is full of the greenish dense forest with tall majestic trees which give a pleasant feeling. The Chinnakallar falls, hanging bridge, the wild animals all gave a memorable experience. Because of the mist and the warning about the elephants on the road, we drove slowly and the trip took more time than what we planned. But the feeling was tremendous and we are planning to visit the place again in few months.” Read Full Review
