Travel to Jaipur to try the Dal Bati Churma. The round Batis dipped in ghee with Panchkuti dal and churma make for an appetizing combination. About 150 km from Jaipur your reach Pushkar. Camp here and try the gatte ki sabzi, prepared with gram flour and tangy gravy made up of buttermilk and spices, it is best enjoyed with roti. Jodhpur is 190 km from Pushkar. While visiting do taste the Rajasthani kadhi pakoda, crisp besan pakodas served in a yogurt based curry. 290 km from Jodhpur is Jaisalmer. A typical desert vegetable, Ker Sangri is a kind of a pickle. This tangy side dish goes well with Bajra roti.
