It has the first ropeway and a Rock garden in South India. The Rock Garden is sculpted by Nek Chand who has also sculpted the Rock Garden in Chandigarh. The site consists of hills and forest areas. The Kallada River flows there and there is a huge Thenmala Dam, worth seeing is present on the river. I had enjoyed the cool climate, a lot of monkeys, and the simplicity of the place. The place is eco-friendly. I walked through the dam areas, a camera is allowed and it is very cheap in price, only 5 Rs per person.” Read Full Review
