Gurudwara Data Bandi Chhor Sahib is situated in Gwalior and is associated with the imprisonment of Guru Har Gobind Sahib in Gwalior Fort and his celebrated release when he managed to win the freedom of 52 kings, who had long suffered imprisonment in the fort. Though there are numerous spin-offs to the story, it does not diminish the importance of this iconic gurudwara.

The Golden Temple is iconic monument located in the holy city of Amritsar. Popularly known as the Harmandir Sahib or Darbar Sahib, this gurudwara is one of the holiest sites for Sikhs.

Originally a bungalow in Delhi, it said the eight guru, Guru Har Krishan, resided here for a while in the 1660s. It is also believed that the guru used to aid people suffering from smallpox by giving them water from his well. The gurudwara was later constructed at this site and the well converted to a sarovar

At more than 15,000 feet, Gurudwara Hemkund Sahib is one if the highest gurudwaras in India. Near a glacial lake, the gurudwara is surrounded by seven mountain peaks, each adorned by a Nishan Sahib on its cliff, also making it one of the most beautiful settings for a gurudwara.

Guru Tegh Bahadur was beheaded at this spot and the gurudwara was built to honour the act. Another gurudwara by the same name, Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib at Anandpur Sahib in Punjab, marks the site where in November 1675, the head of the martyred Guru Teg Bahadur was brought and cremated.

Gurudwara Tibbi Sahib is renowned for its association with Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. It is believed that he visited Jaito in 1706 and stayed near the sand dune. The site is visited every year on the 10th Phagun. It is also visited by many to commemorate the death of Sikh soldiers, who sacrificed their lives at the Jaito Morcha, which is called as the Shaheedi Jor Mela as well.

You can bath in hot water, must visit this place. Kasol is a great place on the route of Manikaran which is a home of most foreigners. Also there are summer camp activities arranged by school and colleges."
