HolidayIQ Reviewer Gaurang Kirtikar shares, “An encounter with Snow!...we took a local taxi to Patni Top. ... It's real cool and refreshing. Also, the hot Sonpapdi (a sweet preparation made of ground gram) must be tasted and savoured. It just dissolves on the tongue. Reaching Patni Top, we encountered our first snow. The vast expanse was completely under the blanket of snow and very pleasing to the senses. We got out of the car and entered the park. Rubber shoes are available on rent to walk on the snow. As we were getting ready for the walk, we were blessed with a nice, light snow fall. It was exhilarating. ...

HolidayIQ Reviewer Kirtikar says,"The place has tall Deodar trees lining the road. In summer the vast expanse turns into a Green Carpet. I had earlier visited this place in Summer and spent a night in a tent under the twinkling stars. I was impressed with the place hence this second visit in winter. A few km away lies the famous Jawahar Tunnel which is the gateway to the Valley of Kashmir. Pony riding, camping, long walks are enjoyable here.” Read Full Review
