HolidayIQ Reviewer Kiran Bavimani shares, “This is one kind of a market that has two floors underground. Though it is air-conditioned, the crowd is too much, especially in the evenings. The clothes are very much affordable and there are a lot of varieties, but you need to know about clothes and be able to self-manage the bargain vis-a-vis quality. The T-shirts were quite good and some were look-alikes of some leading brands. The leather goods were too good at affordable prices and there were lots of such stores. Kashmiri shawls and kurta shops were very inviting with their unique designs and patterns (and a wide range in quality).” Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer Jagdish Raval adds, “There is a well-known bazaar in Dubai. We went here from our hotel at Dubai Marina by Metro after a 1/2 hour journey. Here there are so many shops of branded goods as well. Meena Bazaar is famous for shopping of gold. We also purchased a gold ring from a well-known store namely Meena. However, this is a market  where you can shop a lot and nothing to see if you are not interested in shopping.Read Full Review

HolidayIQ Reviewer AS says, “Most popular market - China Town; This place was recommended to us by our concierge desk at hotel Sheraton, they had also recommended us their favorite restaurants in that area. I guess China town is quite popular among the tourist and locals. When we reached there we realized it was a shopping and food paradise. I was amazed to see so many food joints and on the road was filled with people hogging food. I thoroughly enjoyed my bit of chicken wings and yummy authentic chicken noodles. When I say it is a shopping paradise, I mean you have the entire street filled with shoes, watches, handbags, clothes most of the sellers are Bangladeshi. Must visit the place to spend a lovely evening.Read Full Review

Chocolate tasting, wine tasting, balloons, honey, books, comic's, paintings, veggies, fruits, hot dogs etc. With soothing music played by the various musicians (one can buy their music CD's here) and a bowl of cream and strawberries in hand, one can only have a great time at the market. HolidayIQ Reviewer Rashmin Joshi shares, “A unique, shopping and food experience One of its own kind - you can consider this a unique shopping mall in Nairobi and any city for that matter. Lots of options to do shopping, eating, drinking and cafeterias. It is very different design and quite different than the other shopping mall. The area is huge and you can easily spend a couple of hours going around and shopping. Sometimes getting a parking for your car maybe little difficult especially during weekends. A must visit place when you are in and around Nairobi and enjoy the great experience while being at the village market.” Read Full Review
