HolidayIQ Reviewer Shilpz S shares, “Arambol was the last beach we visited in the North Goa beach hopping spree. Being Diwali it was a little dotted with people but yet quite sparsely crowded compared to the more popular Calangute. The cute cliffs at the horizons add a distinct touch to the views here at sunset. The place offers you the chance to sit back and gaze at the waters as you sip your beers. There are ample beach restos here, serving fresh catches and drinks. There are a couple of live tandoor spots as well and they dish the fish right there for you. We found the food pricing at 75% of the pricing at Baga / Calangute or Anjuna. Also, the quality of the food was great. It was a great evening spent with fireworks in the skies. Totally recommend for a warm time with friends.Read Full Review

Temple | Ghat | Ganga | Boat Ride

HolidayIQ Reviewer Kiran Sood adds, “This is special and unique: a grand celebration of Dev Deepawali. Actually, this is the time worth visiting Varanasi. This falls exactly after fifteen days of our Diwali....there are millions and millions of diyas on ghats of Ganga Maiya. We were astonished by towers of India gate made by illuminating diyas and many more forms. fireworks. Creating colourful formations up in the sky to compete with lights of earthy diyas. Just can't think of anything else so beautiful, so Divine and so real. Today's virtual world fails before the mesmerizing light of warm diyas. My praying heart wishes for this celebration not to be lost in the name of a smart city. Honest, we don't want a wi-fi free connection at the cost of our valuable heritage.Read Full Review
