HolidayIQ Reviewer Pawankalyan Gk says, “Huge collection of animals, must visit with kids ...The entry fees for children's is 20 and for elders is 40. ...I would say this zoo will play an important key factor in the lifetime of the children, they will get the information about the animals and birds in the books only and practically they can't view they can get a knowledge of animals and birds information only if they practically viewed in the zoo....we can see Tiger on the right side roaring and Lion bone to the left, as we move further we can see water Elephant and Elephant collections of the huge type, Hipopotamos can also be seen moving here and there in a restricted area. 3 Gorillas can be viewed in the center of the zoo, White Tiger and Indian Tiger is also present and also Lion. ” Read Full Review

They have a lot of wildlife and you get an idea of that as soon as you enter the premises....The zoo is quite big and it will take around 3 hours to completely walk and check out all the enclosures. This can be a good day out with a family. Kids would surely love this place. They also have cabs for elders who have trouble with walking. It's home to some of India's rare and endangered species like the Himalayan Red Panda and the beautiful Himalayan Snow Leopard. The zoo is located on top of a hill and is very spacious. The animal enclosures are very spacious and provides a natural and rusty environment to the animals unlike other zoos which are smelly. The star attraction is the huge Royal Bengal tiger, it's really huge and majestic and when it trolls around the enclosure you are reminded of the power it commands in the jungle. ” Read Full Review

Apart from these, a snake farm with poisonous and non-poisonous snakes is included as the part of the zoo. Few months back an anaconda was gifted by Sri Lanka and many people are coming to see the giant snake. Other reptiles like mugger crocodile, Indian cobra, King Cobra, different varieties of vipers, rat snakes, green tree snakes, flapshell turtle,..ostrich, Indian peafowl, scarlet macaw, green winged macaw, cranes, pelicans, different types of storks, vultures, kites, emu etc can also be seen in the zoo.” Read Full Review
