The views are mesmerising and unforgettable. The hotel is made of wood as the place is submerged in heavy snow during winter. This hotel is actually meant for winter sports, but is best for families during summer. We stayed in July and the views were of blue hued mountains with white snow tops. The check-in process is done very smoothly and you are taken to the hotel room on a battery car. The rooms are little away from the reception area. The resort have both cottages and rooms. I stayed in a room. Very spacious room with a private balcony. Bathroom is very spacious with bath tub, 24 hr hot water supply, shower etc. As it is on the top of a hill and surrounded by forest area you can hear birds singing during early morning, peacocks dancing in the garden property of the hotel. You have to make advance booking in the Spa as it is always busy. I had a body massage in the Spa and that was very good.
