Feel like ancient times when all the customs were held under natural rock shelters. Have a private party in a cave with your clan and the feeling of belongingness will make it the most amazing experience.

HolidayIQ Traveller Shweta Shetty shares about Kurumba Village Resort, "So this one was a spontaneous trip to this gorgeous resort purely chosen due to the wonderful things I had heard about it from travellers. Journey was super hectic. It took us ten hours from Bangalore to make it there. But one look at the property and you forget all travel stress. The staff is super nice making your stay memorable. It's definitely a must visit place if you are looking for a break away from city life.”

"It is full energy vasool trekking. Mine best experience till date especially during monsoon. Mountain is wet and slightly risky, you can trek with friends, family and yes with wife too. Take backpack and trek to Kalsubai you will surprise yourself by trekking. Take lots of water with you and glucose drinks or biscuits, its is total 5hr trek," says HolidayIQ Traveller Amit Motwani.

Well, it could get pretty awkward, but imagine having the most special moment of your life with the exotic aquatic life, away from the worldly customs.

HolidayIQ Traveller Abhishek shares about Havelock island, “A very romantic destination to visit and it has adventure sports like like scuba diving. Water here for scuba diving is crystal clear. It was really a very good experience.” The dives and courses offered by Dive India and Bare Foot Scuba are approved by Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). Some of the best dive sites are the The Wall, Elephant Beach and The Lighthouse.

Your partner makes you feel like a prince or a princess? Then this place is definitely meant for you.

HolidayIQ Traveller Birendra Kumar from Saharsa shares about Umaid Bhawan Palace, “The hotel is beautiful, grand, luxurious, opulent, world-class. Words can't describe it fully, the rooms were huge and excellent, well furnished, fit for a king. There were lot of peacocks around and the swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor were excellent. The chef, and staff all are great, the entire staff are always smiling and are always extremely courteous and willing to help. Breakfast is one of the best parts outside on the terrace. This is a trip which will be etched in our memory for as long as we live as we have never experienced hospitality to this grand level. Highly recommend this palace to anyone who wishes to be treated as royalty and I am sure no one would ever go back disappointed from this hotel. See if you can get an upgrade to a maharani or maharajah suite.”

All you lovebirds out there, get married into the wilderness, amidst the greenery where you’d feel closest to nature. Make it pure and clean. "Be with nature! Nature themed resort with lot of space to calm and soothen your minds. One could go there get relaxed and come back safely! Parents were worried about the safety inside the forests and believe me, this place is fool proofed (except for leeches). Food - We went to Vythiri deciding to eat limited food as we were stuffed for a week after marriage. But we couldn\'t resist the temptation of sumptuous buffet spreads avbl there. One thing is, they start repeating the menu every fourth day. So optimally, three days could do well. Cottages - Old fashioned exteriors and mind blowing interiors! Location is simply along the path of the stream, hence forms a picturesque view when spending time in balcony," says HolidayIQ Traveller Vinoth Kumar.

6. A Beach Wedding At A Place No One Can Think Of - At Mandvi Beach, Gujarat

This one’s a cliche, yes. It’s also one of the most romantic places on Earth. Everyone loves a beach wedding, not just the bride and groom, no?

"I had gone to Mandvi to enjoy my holidays. It was an awesome experience, awesome view of sunset on beach. Camel riding was excellent. Our guide was so good and humble. Vijay Vilas Palace and Shyamji Krishna Verma monuments were damn good. You must go there once in a life," says HolidayIQ Traveller Akshay Nakkar.

7. At Your Favourite First Date Cafe

Not so expensive, not so fancy but still special and super-romantic. Why wouldn’t you get hitched at the place where you first met and got this far?
