The drive in the single lane is really thrilling sending shivers through the passengers, when u see out of the window, u feel steep valley on one side and the adrenaline rushes out with ecstasy. involuntarily u close ur eyes out of fear.. but all ends well in happiness when u reach the top the highest mountain peak of Karnataka, it is worth all the drive. No food and beverages are available on the hill top, so one has to carry enough food and water to quench ur hunger and thrust. Further ensure that the vehicle is in good condition with air at correct pressure on tyres forget not the stepny tyres, which most people take it for granted that the stepny is perfect.. Vehicle tools are important.” Read Full Review

This place should definitely be in every traveler's list. I don't remember the name of tents where we stayed, but they budget accommodations and fairly comfortable.
