Tirupati

I have been going to Tirupati for the last 50/60 years and for the first time I could see it very clean neat and very divine . . Food and Shopping: Good. Lepakshi is good but similar materials are available outside at very competitive price. Highlight of the trip: Darshan of Lord Venkateshwar

Best Hotel for comfortable stay

Staff is very prompt and frank and helpful staff. No language problem at all staff can speak - English, Hindi and Telugu. Lunch and Dinner dishes from Plantain Leaf are better than breakfast buffet food taste . Good Veg Biryani, Curd Rice is too smushed, Breakfast buffet has many items but average taste.

Peaceful and spiritual place

Wonderful place with amenities and hotels on par with international standards which caters to 1000 odd people visiting every day. Though a small town, Tirupati has fast outgrown it's shy town persona to evolve into a Small city, and cater to the ever increasing crowd visiting tirumala . If you planning a spiritual visit to tirumala, it is always prudent to book in advance the tickets and visiting slots beforehand to avoid the crowd and make your visit as comfortable as possible. Note that there's always a sea of crowd thronging tirumala, irrespective of the month or season, so be ready with all possible arrangements and bookings beforehand.
