I have daughter of 3 years and the seat allocation was separate for her. It's just I see newsence . Also while doing check in there are no seats which can be selected together. Even paid seats are differently allocated.
Delayed departure of flight caused me missing my connecting flight ahead from Delhi. On approaching staff they were not supportive. My flight was booked till Amritsar. They didn't check in my baggage up to Amritsar. Delay in flight delay in baggage claim, result I missed my connecting flight. Unsupportive staff didn't even listen to my grievance.
GoAir officials won’t take responsibility And won’t provide timely updates. No officials to talk and get updates. Have to run behind them. Very worst experience I had again with GoAir. Never ever recommend.
GoAir reschedules flights on a regular basis. I chose GoAir since it was the first flight out at 6. 45 am ; I got a reschedule message and it was delayed by 4 hours. This is not the first time with GoAir. After I did a little research online, I realized it was a change in the winter schedule and not due to operations reasons. So this information would have been available with them more than a month in advance, yet they continued to take bookings using the old timing. The cabin cleanliness and other basics were good.
We book flight according to our corner timing . My flight timing was 10. 35 am and we pay extra for our time slot. Go air sends a msg the flight is prepped to 8. 35 am and we have to get 2 small kids at 7 am instead of 9 am . Really really not happy with this
Very very poor I was with my infants one is 2 year and another one is around 5 year but they have put all seats in different rows. 21 is for mother, 23 is for me, 27 is for my 5-year infant and 29 is for my 2-year infant. There staff also did not help me. very poor service provider.
The inflight cabin crew head Miss. Humaira was excellent on her job and responsibility. Co incidentally we travelled both to and fro in same Go Air flight. For us it was spl. Because my 6 months old Daughter first flight. Humaira really thanks a lot once again to you for such a nice hospitality. Infact she took our baby gently and helped my wife to step up on stairs while boarding. Luckily we found her both in to and fro travel.
Go air won't allow the passanger to chose the seats with in 24hours before the deparcher. They charge for sets, were in all other airline allow online check in free of cost to chose may be window /middle / ail seat. It's worst even at the check in counter also they charge for a seats it's horrible. When we purchase the flight the seats has to get. It's fare if they charge during booking time for Pre blocking but they don't have any right to charge with in 24hrs before the departure. When we do web check in. Why I am writing this suggestion. Please change your idiotic policy. Allow the passanger to chose spacific seat when we do web check in. This Is not the way to charge to the passanger on the day of the flight. We're other airlines won't charge like your on webcheck in. I request you to show this suggestion to your companey to change this stupid policy
I was delayed in traffic and reached just 40 minutes before departure. Not only were the staff extremely helpful they also ensured that the panic situation I was in was calmed down. A special mention to Mr Yoginder Kumar of Aviaexpert Company c/o Go Air who took my bags and rushed all the way to reach me to the aircraft. Really obliged.
