The cabin crew and the Captain switch on the Air Conditioning even after 25 Minutes after we boarded. I complained because I was feeling nauseous due to the extreme heat and no ventilation. The cabin crew head informed me that the APU was not working. Why so? No answers from Indigo except that the stupid captain Cyrus wanted to speak to me? Why? I felt sick due to the extreme suffocation and as a result of which my BP fell due to my low BP condition.
Whenever I travel from Indigo I am always late, every time the flight is delayed by 20-40 mins but bingo this time by an hour. Pathetic service. Now it is time to claim refunds for being late in India.
All passengers were left unattended and without instruction on arrival at Pune Airport. We had to walk in the open area to find out Arrival gate . At least one staff from Indigo should have directed us. Ideally, they should have provided assistance to people with children in the potentially dangerous area around the planes.
Passengers were left guessing on delay in departure and flight finally left after a delay of more than 2 hours. I have seen from past one week records that this particular flight is invariably delayed almost everyday. Although the airlines provided a light snacks pack while boarding the flight, we had to miss our lunch due to delay in arrival of flight.
There should be one separate line for senior citizens and couples/single parents travelling with children under 5 or so. I have seen this facility provided by Jet Airways . . Otherwise the airhostess and the ground staff were very helpful and courteous.
1. Flight was delayed and kept getting delayed . . 2. I paid for meals during web Check in. However airhostess mentioned that they done have any info The experience just kept gett9ng worse. You guys charge unnecessarily for seats and meals, keep the money and then charge again for food. Ideally such delayed flights should have provided food for free. Chaeters
Delhi to Bangalore landed delay. Check in staff started baordinc process even before the flight was alighted by coming pasaanger. We waited just after boarding counter and then outside the plane. You guys do it to show to the public that you guys are always on-time. It is unfair and unethical.
