Long ques and miss management by ground stuffs of Indigo airline in security check of check-in luggage and check-in counter caused valuable time loss of the passengers and created panic and stress situation among passengers as they were on the verge of missing there respective flights. This need to be taken care of by indigo in Kolkata air terminus. I faced this situation twice . . Aircraft sits were making disturbing noise throughout my travelling time and caused so much inconvenience and discomfort, which I have never experienced before, It was a midnight flight and I could able get a single minute of sleep. It was an all in all horrendous experience.
Always love Indigo . They have the best service. Especially for going to the northeast they offer some of the best flight options and timings. I always prefer to fly Indigo whenever I go to my hometown to Guwahati. Thank you Indigo for bringing people and families closer!
Hi Team . This is to reiterate the fact about one of your staff named SHIVANI. While doing check in at Kolkata airport On 4th Jan, 2019 I interacted with your staff SHIVANI and she had a rude approach. She gave me wrong information and she charged Rs. 2800 for excess baggage which Is a ridiculious amount. I am a frequent flyer and never have came across such behavior from any airline staff members. I travel by flight for ease and convenience if I have to get treatment like a bus traveler then would have opted for bus instead of flight. I am utterly frustrated with the amount that was charged. Itís a new year and a fresh start this is not the kind of approach I would give to anyone. Please provide her more training on how to deal with flyers. I would love to reach out to some higher authority is I donít receive any immediate response .
Over 100 people line in baggage drop. Huge line at departure gate. Waited in crammed bus for 10 mins till prev. Pax debated. In-flight service extremely slow, reached me after 1. 5 hours I. E. Just before landing. Take off and landing were OK.
The check-in queue was super long and took very long. The queue was not managed and people were breaking the queue and just going and there was almost a fight between passengers for breaking queue and abusive language and there with no indigo staff to manage. When asked why they are not managing the queue the staff simply said "go talk to my manager" . . Boarded us into the transit bus early and we waited in the crowded bus the tarmac for almost 10 mins.
Airline made us lose prime vacation time by moving up the flight schedule by 2 hrs ., but once we cut short our stay and reached airport, the flight got delayed to original departure time anyways . Double whammy! I think this was done to appease the Ambani folks and their whims, who were pat of their wedding event .
It's the worst journey I have did it will affect my health as well my child health too. I will never prefer anyone to travel indigo nor I will do. As discussed on Delhi airport I want my money back from Mumbai to Chandigarh flight fare.
No snacks provided which was strange as I travel frequently with air India and spice jet they do provide refreshments which wasn't provided in you flight. If could do that instead of asking clients to buy from your merchandise.
IndiGo offered very low fare for my journey, so I preferred this airline . Its mostly on time Goa has an amazing airport, you can eat, shop, and relax at the airport. Outside the airport you have taxis, to connect to the city, but unfortunately it is very expensive Indigo in flight service was really good, I ordered a veg meal . And it was worth every penny. Also the cleanliness in the flight was sparkling. TO summarize, it was an awesome flight with IndiGo.
Reached airport @7.45am whereas baggage check-in close @ 8.40am. But my check-in process closed @ 8.38am. One hour went for security check and baggage scanning. Rubbish experience Indigo airlines is one of the worst airlines who are charging for any window and roadside seats. As well as seats were available for web check-in middle row from 20 to 30.
