Worst of the worst. Please never ever book tickets with jet airways. They're very poor with timings. They don't even care about the passengers. My travel was totally nightmare. I'll not fly with jet airways again in my life.
Giving an average rating due to the following reasons -. Hey domestic flights departs from T2 (Mumbai International airport). The check in process is **** painful. Also, baggage screening is not carried out by the jet airways staff. They just ask whether the passenger is carrying any sharp instrument or power bank and that's it. This is breach to the overall process. Additionally, there is a long queue for all the flights to drop in the baggage and the check in counters are not fully operational I. E. Staff goes on break for long duration and only 1-2 counters are open during the peak hours.
Hyderabad to Mumbai flight time is about 1 hour 15 minutes. My flight which was scheduled to leave yesterday Hyderabad at 09. 40 PM on 18/12/2018 and reach Mumbai by 11. 00 PM, actually left Hyderabad at about 00. 35 AM on 19/12/2018. This means a of about 3 hours. This is more than the double travel time between Hyderabad to Mumbai. The staff merely gave explanation that the flight is delayed from Mumbai. They did not provide any meals or snacks due to this delay. Poor customer relationship and satisfaction by Jet Airways. We ultimately reached home at about 03. 00 AM.
The food provided to us was with very poor verity I. E. A veg roll was given against the opted option Indian vegetarian meal. Try to learn something from other airways in your range. At least your airlines must study about the meals served in parallel airlines.
Had good experience with all the flight attendants who were very courteous, tolerant, cheerful and helping. I learnt the names of two of them who served me and were very good. They are Zeba and Pravina. Special thanks to them. As there was a systems issue at the airport, the process of queuing up was a very bad experience as we had a long winding queue. However, although the experience was not good because of the system issues, the staff at the counter were pleasant and did their best to see that the check in for the earlier flights were not affected by calling us on priority. They were helpless because of the system and network issues. Still they were very good, kind and efficient. Clarifying that my marking down on the experience of check-in is about the process which is probably technological related and not about the staff who manned it who were actually good.
Due to poor visibility at Bengaluru, the flight was diverted to Cochin and then on getting clearance the flight landed at Bengaluru. So, the flight was delayed and I missed the connecting flight to Vadodara. However, on Bengaluru airport, I was handed over two boarding passes on board for my rescheduled journey to Vadodara. In the same flight, I returned to Mumbai and thereafter to Vadodara at the earliest. I highly appreciate the alternative arrangements made immediately at Bengaluru airport by Jet Airways authority.
I travelled from Patna to Indore via Delhi with my wife. I m a go member as recently I was always your platinum until last month but I believe I haven't achieved the tier to retain and hence I m now gold. Anyway I was travelling with my wife and I had 3 suitcase well it was below the weight that we are allowed. The supervisor sitting in the counter a lady she said you have to pay fine I kept requesting but she didn't leave and the worst part she says that jet is anyway suffering from crunch and we have been told to collect money. I m sorry I don't remember her name I said I want to speak to your senior she said I m senior and I m the supervisor I can call my colleague she is supervisor as well if you want you can talk to her but she will not be able to do. I said OK. The other supervisor came in and she was sweet and she showed me the policy I was OK to pay as it was policy but since I travel very frequent so once they would have considered such guest buy still it's. But you should not have such staff who does not respect company and talks negative about the company rather they should Patel come and make people understand. I keep travelling world wide but the experience I had in Patna while returning was worst ever and the attitude of the supervisor was worst she was sitting in the counter. No priority counter it was in general. The date was 12 th Dec Patna Airport. My jp no is 108384231. Later in Delhi they upgraded me and left my wife I @derstand you may be full but why should we travel alone. I requested they did not. Even while going they did the same Delhi Patna and while coming Patna Indore they did. Please consider small things. I m very fond of jet and last 4 years I was platinum it wasn't easy to become platinum cos I travel jet to ensure I retain even if I have straight flight on other airline I take jet via to reach cos I want to retain.
