Flight crew doesn't give a clear picture if the food served is chargable or not. Once you get the food in hand, she says, here is your receipt. Expected is, flight crew should clearly let everyone know that the food being served is chargeable and not free.
Dear Team I booked the ticket from indigo airline but the timing which was showing in makemytrip search was totally wrong. It was written like 3. 10 and reaching time 4. 25. Normally in domestic what I understood about my flight timing that it is at 3. 10 pm. I missed my flight. Please update the services for domestic airlines and try to add AM/PM in time. Not only I have missed the flight some other people also missed the flight. You can check from your database Atleast I should get refund. Thanks
1. This is the 3rd time I have taken Spicjet in the last 20 days (usually its Indigo) and for the 3rd time I arrived 1 hour early. What is the point of being so way off your mark in estimating an arrival time. A 5-10 minute difference in estimation is understandable but 1 hour ?? We can our cars to pick us up on the basis of uour estimation ans as a result are left stranded for that period of time. I wish you would be more transparent and honest with your timings. Its a matter of inconvenience for your passangers 2. This is the first time I realised that your seat sizes are not consistent. I was allocated seat 4D which could pass off as a child's seat. How do you expect a lady to fit in there. Please do check it out. I had to change my seat to a normal seat otherwise I would have had to get off the plane. 3. In spite of reaching 1 hour early our bags took an hour to arrive at the conveyer belt. What was the point of even reaching early.
Worst experience on check-in. The check-in clerk was asking for the excess baggage charge for the luggage having weight as 15. 7kg. And I was taken out materials from the baggage though I was not carrying any hand baggage. The same baggage was weighing 14. 7 kg at Mumbai airport for my inbound flight in same airlines. Such harassment by airlines is not good for frequent flyers like me who are travelling atleast 5 flight a week. Flight was delayed for almost 2 hours but no responsibility and assistance from airlines. Also I know they no action will be taken by airlines to resolve such matters. Earlier I complained for having mosquitos and flies in aircraft several times but I am sorry to say that today’s flight was also accompanied by mosquitoes along with human fliers.
