Please make the transit from terminal 1 to terminal 2 at IGI Delhi smoother than it is at present. The waiting area is horrible and the buses provided have rude staff and indecent behaviour. I prefer make my trip to make all my travel related arrangements and I prefer Indigo as an airline, but the terminal shifting is a horrid experience. Additionally, somebody coming from Kolkata has to walk under the bare sun of Delhi in afternoon to catch the bus. I do not know how you value my feedback but it was a terrible experience on the shifting of terminals. The bahaviour of the staff at bus stand was deplorable and needs urgent attention. I understand that the place is under construction but does that give allowance for asking the passengers to walk through the sun and the bus drops you not at the terminal but 500 meters before and asks you to walk the rest of the path. I would entreat you to take fervent action on the issue as this would ultimately tarnish the image of make my trip and indigo. You are providing worthy service do not make it invalid by not taking any serious action . Thanks. Shounak
Had a feel of railway station at airport ... No peace ... The waiting area should have enough space to accommodate and no of passengers. Moreover, as my flight was delayed had to wait long. There was long queuing at security checks. I had to change from terminal
Terrible experience with transfer of lugguages and very disappointed with the airliance customer service as air india don't have any contact no. Of customer help desk which is working. Also annoyed with the behaviour of airport air india staff specially at Kolkata airport. Would never like to travel with air india again. Cheers.
Late arrival at Delhi terminal 1. Shuttle service charged Rs 30. 00 per head. 1st driver vanished reaching Delhi metro station. 2 and driver took us to 2 and terminal. We finally just made it to board connecting flight to Udaipur. Lot of adrenaline.
