In Three-starr hotels, below are some necessary conditions that should be applied:-

The hotel was conveniently located near the city. The check-in and check-out process was easily done. The staff of the hotel were helpful and friendly. They were quick in their service. The external appearance of the hotel was good. The room given to me was spacious, neat, clean and well maintained. I had taken a non AC room. The geyser was provided in my room and it was working. I had tried the food from the hotel and the food should be improved in quality. The activities like indoor and outdoor games were not provided there. The hotel was value for money and I had enjoyed a lot. I had stayed there with my family.
The hotel was located in skirts of the city. Surroundings of the hotel were good. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out was delayed. The appearance of the hotel was not good from both interior as well as exterior. The room was spacious, neat, clean and maintained. All the amenities were working properly except AC was not working. Service provided in the hotel was good. The food was not good. I didn't see any activity. They didn't organize a sightseeing trip. The hotel was value for money. I will recommend this hotel to others.
Poor services and unhygienic room with improper amenities
My experience at this hotel was average, since the hospitality was not good and cleanliness was also not good. The room had cigarette packets, which was really disappointing. The staff members were quite average in service and appearance of the hotel is like a house, which must be improved. The room's switches were too old and I could charge my Mobile in room. The only plus point of this hotel is, it was located close to beach. The food served by the hotel was also poor in quality and service. There are no activities or sightseeing trip organized by the hotel. The destination was good but the hotel must improve in overall services until then it was not worth for money.
This hotel is located in the heart of Panjim however the happening places in Goa are bit far from this place. Few beaches like Miramar, Dona Poula, Vasco are in the vicinity. Also, one can enjoy Mandovi river ferry rides and cruise casinos which are within 2km. However, as I mentioned it's bit far from North Goa (20Km) where there is a stretch of famous beaches and forts The hotel staff were good and quick in arranging a bike for rent and provided few useful travel tips to North Goa. The housekeeping staff were cordial and warm. The hotel seemed an old building from outside but we were very happy with the Deluxe room given to us. The room is pretty spacious and pleasant to stay. Not many food options when comes to breakfast (regular bread butter jam / Omelette). We haven't tried Lunch/Dinner as we were having them outside. This hotel is ideal for people who are on budget and need hotel just to sleep at night after a tiring and hectic day
I had an okay-okay experience in this hotel, not so good and not so bad. There was some problem with light and water and services were little delay there. I stayed there for 2 days. I visited there with family in 2014. There was no travelling problem to reach that hotel. Hotel was situated nearby Miramar beach. I liked its location. Look wise, it was like a family cottage. Interior and exterior of the room was normal. Overall, hotel appearance was good Staff behaviour was okay-okay in this hotel. No check-in and checkout delay. Cottage was okay with all amenities. All amenities were functioning well in the room. Cleanliness was good there but they cleaned the room on asking. Room was spacious. Beach view was not visible from the room. Wash room was maintained there We had food outside the hotel because we went for outing. No activity was there. Sightseeing trip arrangement was not there. They should improve their services. I have no suggestion for other travellers about the hotel. As a destination, Caranzalem is average. Location of the hotel was good. Appearance was below average. Booking, front office, check-in and checkout services were average. Service wise, hotel was below average. Room was average. Activity part was also average.
