Though the people reaching at this Hamlet of hilly Michael are not in a mental state to expect good accommodation coupled with a good service, this hotel breaks all the mental block of people for expecting more from the hospitality industry Definitely accommodation, service, room quality & food are good. Average at this hotel but management need more time & devotion to device way of improving service to the guest staying at this hotel. Front office is the main area where quality needs to be improved a lot for a good chain of hotels. Good luck to them and for the reader of this review selecting this hotel will not be a bad choice either "ok" like.
I stayed at Hotel Ashiana Regency (Chamba) on 24 May 2016. The hotel looked good from outtside, the room was nice, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the food was good. However, intermittent water problems ruined my stay in this hotel. Often, the water supply stopped and there was no water in the bathroom. I had to call the hotel staff several times to rectify the problem . I cannot recommend this hotel to a traveler because there was problem in basic necessities such as water.
It had been a wonderful stay and food quality was good besides the hospitality and courtesy extended by the staff available in hotel Overall, nice experience and worth remembering. During my next visit to Chamba with family I would prefer to stay in the same hotel for minimum two nights and the booking shall be done in advance.
my stay at Ashiana Regency proved to be my best visit ever.
my stay at Ashiana Regency proved to be my best visit ever. The hospitality, the rooms and specially the food were amazing, much better than any of the other properties. 5 star quality food at 2 star rates. Truly a hidden gem in the picturesque valley of Chamba.
Best Experience: Ashiana Regency, Chamba has great rooms and great food as well. Its located well and pretty much is the best hotel in that area by a margin. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to visit the area.
I stayed in Ashiana Regency Hotel in Chamba, Michael Pradesh. This hotel is a good one who take care their guests in very excellent way. They also charge a proper tariff without cheating guests. I felt that in night TV of the room got disconnected. In morning after switching on the TV I found that this is disconnected and after complaint it got repaired. This may be due to some technical fault. Entry (approach) from highway does not appear properly which need to be modified. Otherwise all is excellent.
