Hotel is luxurious and cleaned. Staff service is too good. Please visit to that hotel. You will really enjoy. Location is good near to every picnic type places. Enjoyed a lot there is a park also inside the hotel in which the children can play safely. Time to time catering service. Food is healthy and good. Taste is awesome lots of places where you can take pictures. First when you're off to Goa station then tell anyone about the hotel. You will find it on the way near by. Swimming pool is also awesome. One side for children and one side for adults. Gigger facility is the from where you got hot and cold water. Security cameras are there. All the things I seen is best. It also does not cost too much. It a budget in hotel. At night you can enjoy a lot of lightings dance. There is also a bar in which you can enjoy with your friends and family.
Being in Goa in peak season unplanned did come quite as a setback. As we were a family of 4, didn't have too many good lodging options to choose from. A friend suggested to be at Star Beach so saw a couple of properties here for lodging. Initially the availability was for non A/C rooms which we did happen to have a look at and outright rejected as they looked bad and were poorly maintained . . In a while they had an availability for Family suite and did check-in to this room. There were NO toiletries provided, towels seemed to be quite old. Even the drinking water provided was in a water jug and NO packed water bottles. Bath tub was broken and water pressure good. The only good part was bed which was decent to sleep on. There was no complimentary breakfast provided. Only appreciable part was the Front Desk was courteous and attendants did provide good customer service. Not quite sure if would return to this property again.
Camilsons is appropriate on the beach, which is something I admired a lot. Me and some of my accompany acclimated to sit at night, on the bank chairs and apprehend the after-effects while sipping juices (freshly made) and drinks and bistro their actual amazing angel fingers (must try! Their restaurant, again, appropriate on the beach, serves a lot of agitative and aperitive dishes The apartments weren't fancy but actually comfortable. It was alluring at night with its beam of coloured lanterns and candles on anniversary table But the best allotment of Camilsons are the staff. From the sun-shine animated housekeeper, the night guard, the behind-the-scenes chefs and the efficient, courteous, anxious and caring manager, Raymond, and last, but not the least, Arun, the waiter, with absorbing manners, ever-helpful and actually likeable It is actually reasonable, the aliment and the hotel. If you're searching for absolute adorned rooms, this abode is not for you. But if you're searching for okay rooms, affable staff, not to acknowledge absolutely acceptable food, this abode is absolutely for you !!
We went there on a leisure trip and our first place of stay at Goa was star beach resort. We did not know about it earlier and was taken over there by the auto driver when we asked him for a decent hotel. We immediately accepted a stay confirmation on looking at the room and resort cleanliness without any hesitation and thanked the auto driver too. The food was good. The resort had a swimming pool too. The beach is quite near to the resort. Overall we were quite satisfied.
Relaxing location with quite affordable room price
The hotel is at an ideal location near Colva beach (nearest to Madgoan station), Ideal I mean not next to beach and not far away from it (10 min walk). The staff were very co-operative and provided the right assistance in term of travel if you come unplanned The rooms are pretty good. Deluxe rooms are quite affordable with starting price of Rs1800/- considering other Hotels which charge higher. The room is clean with sanitized towels and both hot and cold water facility. The only things which disturbed me was the door of the hotels which didn't have a good firm lock (like those on godrej locks of the almirah) which leaves a pinhole for outsiders to peek in, but that won't bother much considering the bed well placed in inside (not opposite to door). The pool facing room have excellent view, but at a higher cost There are bike available for hire at very nominal rate just outside the hotel. My advice take the bike and roam around Goa as much as you can. It's a wonderful place with good food and ever helping people Overall, if you are near Colva beach, I feel this is the best location with market area just outside the hotel and lots of mouth water restaurants waiting at your service.
