Was on my official trip Barmer enroute Mumbai, had a one night stop. Right from the front office staff to the restaurant, Spa to the outer lawn and pool, this palace has mind glowingly beauty. Loved the lawn between the palace, excellent customer and centric hotel. Food served was superb, meals on a higher cost, but worth the cost, heavy breakfast is included in the package. People planning for marriage ceremonies or conferences can book this place without thinking. I love the welcome food served too. From the hotel the airport is just 2 minutes away, mind blowing customer centric skills, extremely hospitable staff, pleasant quiet spa room, lovely pool overlooking the hotel beautiful and royal artwork and lampshades. Big fluffy beds kingsize with Jacuzzi and superb toiletry kits. In Short it is a maharaja's treatment.
I stayed in this hotel in August 2015 with my friends. The hotel is beautiful, grand, luxurious, opulent, world-class. Words can't describe it fully, the rooms were huge and excellent, well furnished, fit for a king. There were lot of peacocks around and the swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor were excellent. The chef, and staff all are great, the entire staff are always smiling and are always extremely courteous and willing to help. Breakfast is one of the best parts outside on the terrace. This is a trip which will be etched in our memory for as long as we live as we have never experienced hospitality to this grand level. Highly recommend this palace to anyone who wishes to be treated as Royalty and I am sure no one would ever go back disappointed from this Hotel. See if you can get an upgrade to a maharani or maharajah suite.
It is the best hotel of Jodhpur. Rooms are very big. Architecture made me speechless. Staff is very humble and quick. I love the place. Bar is very well maintained. Food is very delicious. Hotel is very well maintained. I went there with my family. Pool is very big and well maintained.
The hotel is nicely constructed, huge lawn, nice interior and artefacts. Rooms are big, nice wooden furniture, clean; bathrooms are also well kept clean and good amenities. Water temperature and pressure is perfect We opt for MAPAI, the food taste is excellent but due to low occupancy no buffet served. They gave us choice for few of the dish from menu. Upon request they made few dishes of our choice next day. The staff are excellent and very helpful, I forget the name of restaurant people but they happily served our requirements. The hotel staff in very friendly and cooperative only the main cons of this hotel is far from main city and not in good locality except it all things is excellent. I will recommend this hotel.
