I went to the hotel in the month of December. It was a holiday trip and the hotel was reasonable. Hotel location was excellent and was easily accessible since it was located 4 kilometres away from the city. Booking and front office was fine as services were not provided on time. Staff members were well behaved. I didn't taste food from the hotel as I preferred food from outside. I didn't check whether other activities were available in the hotel. WiFi facility was available in the hotel. I would like to give suggestion to the hotel management to provide pickup and drop facility. I had done booking through online.
It was a business visit and the stay was pleasant. Rooms, service, food all met my expectation. The staff is very friendly and always ready to serve you. The rooms were made ready upon our arrival itself and we didn't have to wait at all. I would recommend this to any one visiting Ramanattukara.

The hotel staff were very courteous and the house keeping is very good. The food served is very nice and the rates charged are reasonable. The location of the hotel is very good and the it's area is noise free. Hence next time if I happen to visit Calicut, I would surely like to stay in this hotel.
I visited Calicut for work, the client booked me into Hyson Heritage. The front office staff were pleasant and helpful, the vegetarian part of the multi-cuisine buffet lunch was excellent (I am vegetarian). I was particularly pleased with the Keralite specialties on offer, like 'aviyal', 'kaalan', various chutneys and papads, and most intriguing, a delicious payasam made of whole moong Dale. Breakfast in the next morning was good too, including the fluffiest idlis that I have ever eaten. However, while we are on food I must mention that the vegetable cutlet that I ordered in room service that evening had a strong odour of non-veg and I was unable to eat it. I think the kitchen had not taken care to use a different oil for frying the two kinds of food. This is my only negative experience in the hotel. The room was large and comfortable with a pleasant view. It was very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. All necessary amenities were available, like electric kettle, toiletries (including tooth care kit, not usually supplied), and thoughtful extras like a basic sewing kit and some stationery items like paper clips, notepad and rubberbands. The hotel arranged a cab to the airport on my request. It was a happy stay, and I have already recommended the hotel to my family and friends.
