It's a nice weekend and we enjoyed very much and service was also good. Food were very tasty. Rooms are available in our budget and it's very nice. I'm planning to come again Manali and stayed in this hotel again. I liked it and its services. Overall, it's a nice hotel for weekend.
I went on my honeymoon trip to Manali and since I had booked through a travel agent, I had demanded a good nice and cozy hotel to be booked My expectations were fulfilled when I reached the hotel and the staff welcomed me. The room was nice and spacious. The view of the surroundings from the room was great. The hotel staff is very good and they take care of each and every need of yours in the most gentle manner. The hotel has a lovely terrace garden where you can enjoy a nice evening with your loved ones. The food was deliberately nice and good The hospitality and services provided were wonderful and nothing seemed out of place. I would surely recommend "Manali Resorts" to everyone.
My visit to this hotel was in the month of September 2016. Location of the hotel was inside the city and was near bus stop. Appearance of the hotel was good from interior and exterior. Check-in check-out was done on time. Staff of the hotel was good and friendly. Service was excellent. All amenities were available with working condition. Room was neat and spacious. I did not take food from hotel. No activities were held at the hotel. Tariff was reasonable and satisfied stay.
This hotel is now called Aveda Hotel. It is on the banks of the Beas river with fabulous views of the mountains from the lawns. The guy at the front desk is a little surly and has to be really prompted to give responses.
Best Experience: The best experience was having breakfast in the lawns under the shadow of the towering Himalayas and the rushing waters of the river Beas. Crisp, fresh mountain air and hot parathas was an awesome experience!
Worst Experience: We had booked a 'Mountain View' room thinking the obvious but when we actually got the room it faced a kind of a mountain alright but not 'the' mountains. We were then told for the views of the Himalayas you should ask for a 'River View' room! Crazy, right?
Booking was done by walk in directly. No problem in finding the hotel. Ambience wise, it was better. WiFi and all basic amenities were there in the room, they all were very good. No need of AC due to the cold climate. Geyser was available there. It was neat and clean. I ate food there and it was good. Behaviour of the staff was very cooperative. No activity was there. Pick-up and drop facility was there but we had our own vehicle for it. Welcome drink was served on arrival. Hotel location was average. Ambience of the hotel was good. Booking and front office facilities were average. Overall, services were average. Room was good. Food and drink was good. Activity part was average. I visited there with my family in June 2014. It was an adventurous trip.
