The food quality was good and tasty in the hotel. The activity was arranged by the hotel. I had visited this hotel for official purpose. The hotel was located nearby the airport. The hotel was new. There was no delay in check in and checkout process in the hotel. The behaviour of the staff’s was good in the hotel. The room was good. All amenities were provided in working condition in the room. All varieties of food were provided in the hotel. I would not suggest anything to this hotel. I would surely recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers.
Good place to relax and spend time; delicious food
I and my husband both are working professional in Delhi, needed a weekend break from the hustle and bustle of life. Also, we did not prefer to spend time in long driving hours, so decided fir some resort in Gurgaon with one - one and half hour driving. After going through all available options, we settled down to Heritage Village, Manesar. We reached on Saturday afternoon and was awed by very warm welcome by staff members. The reception area had all information regarding food menu and activity. Though we had already booked our room, we were given choice of rooms by visual inspection. The room was up to mark, with heritage type furniture. I would give excellent for food. I would advise to go for AP plan as the buffet food has got all possible options. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the resort activities like swimming, horse riding, movie watch and DJ night. We thoroughly enjoyed our one day stay. The only negative about this resort is some rooms are far away from reception area and required quite some time to attend a call. I would advise that even if you plan two night stay, you can have a gala time with family or friends in this resort.
Nice hotel, very good rooms and excellent food. In short, great weekend stay at this Heritage Hotel. Lots of green gardens, swimming pool, tennis court and evening cultural programme just adds on to the great weekend. Money well spent. Room service is good and the dining facilities are excellent. But what makes your stay memorable is the ambience and the environment that this place provides. The location is also just good. Right on the NH8, i.e., Delhi Jaipur Highway, the approach is excellent.
Palace like ambiance in NCR without going to Rajasthan
Heritage Village is an excellent 5 Star property with huge green lawns and palace like rooms and structures which will give you the feel of staying in Palace resorts of Udaipur or Jodhpur that too within a drive of 60 minutes from central Delhi. There aren't much activities to do except lazing around in the pool, or roam in the lawns and dance in the discotheque at night. There isn't much variety in food buffet however that has been compensated by the well maintained property. Kids might get bored as there aren't many activities for them. Also, the Tariff is very high compared to other properties in this location which can be a turn off as the management doesn't bargain much.
I happen to stay in this resort for an official trip and I was totally amazed to see such a well maintained resort in a remote place like Manesar. It has a look and feel of a royal Dhani and this is one place where I found humble and courteous people. Their blue welcome drink, I. E. Sprite mixed with blue colouring, distinctly standout in my memory. Mine was one of the luxury rooms which were totally up to the expectations. There were huge lush green lawns where you can take long leisurely morning and evening walks. It also has a lovely pool right between the lobby and garden. I am sure there must be other activities as well but due to lack of time I was not able to explore them. I have a soft spot for north Indian food and I thoroughly indulged myself with Dale makhni and their speciality Kofta but I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the complimentary breakfast. Dinner they even had an outdoor setting with chowka as its theme we missed it as we were not aware about it, but the regular dinner buffet spread was pretty decent and enjoyable. I will definitely like to go back someday again with my wife to enjoy this property (5 star Indian village) as a couple.
