I had visited this hotel for family trip. The destination of the hotel was good. The hotel was located in centre of the city. The room allotted time was not neat and clean. All the facility was provided in working condition in the room. The washroom was well maintained. The behaviour of the staff was cooperative. The food quality was nice. The activity was not provided at the hotel.

Everything was fine. The hotel was located in the centre of the city. The transportation facility was provided by the hotel. It was an old building. I had booked room by directly. The staff were well behaved in the hotel. The service was on time. All the amenities were provided in the room. The WiFi facility was provided in the room. The food quality was good. There was activity arranged by the hotel. I would like to recommend this hotel to upcoming travellers.

I travelled to this hotel in the month of February 2017. It was for interview purpose with family. The destination is very good. The location of the hotel is very good since it was very easy to locate. The appearance of the hotel was excellent hence service was good. Front office was very good as we reached the hotel at early morning four o clock at that time the staff were cooperative and helpful in providing the room. Service was excellent since the staff provided things on time. The room was very good as it was neat and spacious. All basic amenities were in working condition. And toilet also was hygienic. The snacks were very good in quality. I booked the room directly. Compare to other hotels this hotel is very good in all facilities. Overall, stay was good in the hotels.

My visit to this hotel in the month of November 2016 with family for relaxation purpose. Service was on time was excellent. Room was neat and was spacious. Amenities were available with working condition. Food I had taken from outside. Appearance of the hotel was very good from interior and exterior. Check in check out was done on time. Staff were cooperative and friendly. Location of the hotel was inside the city and was easy to locate was near to bus stop. I had taken own vehicle and parking facility available in the hotel. Destination was excellent. No activities were held at the hotel. I did not check for garden facility. Complimentary food was available but not taken. I did not observe WiFi facility at the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to others.

I visited Hotel Town Gate in the month of November 2016. I went here for hospital purpose with relation. The destination is very good hence I like Mangalore city. The location of the hotel was very good as it was near to all facilities. Best way to reach the hotel is by all transportation. The hotel appearance was very good from inside and outside. Front office was very good since the staff were cooperative and supportive. It was my direct booking. The room was very good as it was clean and neat. And all amenities were in working condition. The service was very good since they were on time. The food was average because I tasted from outside. Parking facility was comfortable. WiFi facility also was available. Pick up drop facility was available in the hotel. I have already recommended this hotel to others. Overall, experience was very good. I like the most hotel staff service.
