The overall experience was disappointing to say the least. My sincere advise is AVOID the place.
Best Experience: Ha Ha Ha.....
Worst Experience: There was no sight of any water sport activities as mentioned in the website. All the queries regarding the activities was met with a single answer \' Off Season\' . We went on the onset of peak season ( ie Sept 29 ) .I do not understand why there should not be any water sports when other sorrounding resorts are offering. We had booked an AC room which was like a dungeon with very shabby interiors and bed. The motor was constantly on disturbing us. We had to shift to a regular room to get some peace. The food was defnitely overpriced and was not worth the money. The service was very late. The beach was not private as indicated in the website and there were fisherfolk who were littering the beach with abandon. The only pastime was only one tabe tennis table.
Overall experience was HORRIBLE. From the time we arrived (driving from Bangalore), we were told that we had one room, I had booked two, another person comes to the reception after I raise a ruccuss and says I have one delux and one standard. They promise me to upgrade to deluxe the next day, but by the time I return from my day trip to Udipi, they have given the delux room to someone else. Absolute no customer service.
Best Experience: My Udipi - Manipal trip, nothing at the resort was good.
Worst Experience: Apart from the room fiasco, you literally need to BEG to be served food etc. Only one of the staff was polite, rest are arrogant. Bathrooms are not clean, bedsheets were clean, found only 2 cockroachs in the room, my 5 yr old was terrified. Towels - carry your own. Food - extremely average. SERVICE SUCKS.
The best in this business, good clean room (inspite of being a beach resort ) , great home made good experience. Words can\'t describe how secure the resort is . Silent away from the highway . Mr. Abraham chaco , is the owner of resort . The most humble person I have ever met . The best holiday experience ever !!!!!!
Best Experience: Best experience quality food , quality rooms and very polite staff
Worst Experience: Finding it after such a long time (I\'m 32)
The hotel is good. I had stayed here with my friends. The hotel staff and food is good. The property and the rooms are clean and neat. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel for a business stay. The reception and staff are very helpful and courteous.
