I had been visit to this hotel in the month of May 2016 with family. Destination was excellent. Location of the hotel was inside the city and was excellent. Appearance of the hotel was excellent from interior and exterior. Check in check out was done on time. Staff of the hotel were good and friendly. Service provided was on time and was excellent. Room and toilet was neat and clean. All amenities were available with working condition. WiFi and geezer facility was available in the hotel. But room is old model. Food was excellent in taste and quality, variety dishes available in the hotel. No activities were held at the hotel. Parking facility available in the hotel. Tariff depends on seasons.
we found this was possibly the only hotel (because of its height)which was in very close to the heart of town yet far away from the hustle bustle of market, bus stop, taxi stands are in close proximity, just at the footstep of the hotel, service was good, staffs were courteous, breakfast was full of choice, romms were clean, bathroom spacious amd spotlessly clean
Best Experience: the lawn/garden-you can leasurely spend your time in evening, also from here you can see the panoromic view of mounts, whole town, market area etc, but you will be free from the noises of them
Worst Experience: nothing as such only they donot accept credit cards
The location of the hotel is superb and has an amazing view of the city. This is very close to the market, bus and taxi stand. Nakki lake( one of the main attracting point of Mt. Abu) is about 500 meters away. Hotel rooms have all the basic amenities within the budget. The top floor rooms are having amazing views. Gardens of the hotels give a special freshness and view to the hotel. It also has an easy accessible restaurant in the top floor. Food is good & fresh but little expensive as compared to the market. Food is also served to the garden. The only drawback is that hot water is not available before 7 am in the morning
Overall, experience was nice in this hotel. Location of the hotel was excellent. Hotel was located inside of the city and ½ hour distance to the railway station and 5 minutes distance to the Bus Stand. Staff behaviour of the hotel was cordial. Services were fast and on time. Inner and outer look of the hotel was beautiful. Parking facility was available. There was not delay in check-in and check-out facility. Food was tasty and cost was reasonable. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious. Hill view was available from the room window. AC, TV, geyser, and all amenities were available. Nothing was available in activities. Mount Abu place is awesome for travel. Hotel was bit costly according to the Mount Abu. This is a recommendable hotel for others. I visited there with my family for sightseeing in 2013.
We plan Mount Abu family trip only for relaxation for 3 days as there is not much to see in Mount Abu and we were 13 people so we were looking for hotel in which we can play games and enjoy as a group, Talking about Hotel, rooms are small but sufficient for 2 people, they have nice hall and very small garden to relax and play games with family. The best part is the service. Kitchen is very flexible and you can customize the food you want. It was specially good for kids. Location of hotel is good if you came by your own vehicle as the sight seeing places are about 2-15kms.
