  • Hot water facility was provided
    • It was a good hotel to stay. It was an excellent destination to visit. The location of the hotel was excellent. The hotel appearance was excellent. There were no activities the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. All the basic amenities provided in the room were working fine. The booking and front office was excellent. There was no delay in check in and checkout procedure. Overall service of the hotel was excellent. The hotel was conveniently located within the city near to the river and the temple. There was no garden. The behaviour of the staffs was very professional. The hotel was costly but worth the money spent. Overall experience in the hotel was fantastic. Hot water facility was provided every time. There was excellent view from the room. I would recommend the hotel to other travellers. It was an excellent hotel for family stay. I had been there with family for religious purpose.
  • Hotel was not up to mark
    • No confirmation or call after 2 days and also checked the status online, it showed as cancelled and before made my credit card payment and booked the room. And also called the number given in this site and two useless person sitting in the reception do not know anything about online reservation since their MD is handling the reservation and I have blocked the room which is higher rate than that booked online. Saw in the hotel, he said since reservation is cancelled, money will be credited to my account with in 7 days. First I did not pay cash. They even knocked my rook 12 midnight for payments. Rooms are okay not worth money and finally I paid the money by cash.

    • That was a very nice hotel. Room was very large and the pool was too. The food was excellent. I liked very much The bed was very comfortable that gave me a relaxed sleeping. The quality of television was very good. I liked the politness of the staff.

    • Cafe Cherrapunjee is a very nice hotel in Meghalaya. It located at a very nice place. Staff are very good, they are very punctual and well behaved. Room are also very beautiful and spacious. They keep hotel very clean always. Food was also very nice.
  • Superb services and comfortable rooms
    • I had been there last April for three days on a business purpose and I stayed at this nice hotel. Hotels services were really praiseworthy. Location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms are very large with full of comfort. Toilets were shiny and hygienic. Food inside the hotel were so delicious and healthy. I was fully satisfied.
