The hotel was located at the centre of the city and near to the bus stand. I had not faced any difficulty in reaching the hotel. The staff of the hotel were polite and sincere in their work. The staff were quick to respond. Check-in and check-out was not delayed. It was done very smoothly. I was happy with the room allotted to me. The room was good, spacious, neat, clean and maintained. The amenities were provided in the room. There was no view from my room. I had stayed there only for one day. The bathroom was clean. They provided both hot and cold water. I had complimentary breakfast at the hotel and it was good. It was a very nice hotel and I would recommend this hotel to other travellers. The costs of the hotel were a bit high. I had not observed any activity at the hotel. The hotel had not provided any pick and drop facility or sightseeing trip for me. The hotel was value for money. It was an official trip with my family. I will recommend this hotel to others.
The good points about the hotel are: Rooms are spacious, well-lit and airy. Bathrooms, while not big are comfortable enough. Located very close to arterial roads so getting conveyance is not an issue either. Food at the restaurant is good . . The not so good points about the hotel are: While the promotions claim that each room has a private balcony, it is incorrect. Each room does have a window which opens into the street. The location is a little too crowded, being bang in the center of a market-place. Further, for a tourist, it is a little off the route as for most destinations, one has to go through the Bus-Stop. Food at the restaurant, while good, is very limited in spread Now the bad and very bad of the hotel: The staff manning the desks are cheats. Be particularly wary of the receptionist. He gave us multiple reasons to designate him a crook:. 1. He claimed that the standard. 1 way auto-fare to Jambukeswara temple (4. 3 kms away) was Rs 450. He offered to get us a 'good' auto-driver to take us at that rate. He warned us that since we could be made out as outsiders, we are likely to get cheated by other auto drivers Well, we declined and booked an auto for the trip for Rs 100/- which we later realized was on the higher side 2. We were told that our booking did not include breakfast as the hotel did not have any policy of providing breakfast along with rooms. On the second day of my stay, I noticed Sathish handing over some coupons which had a header 'Complimentary Breakfast Coupons' and a list of items which a guest was entitled to. On being questioned, he claimed that it was only a matter of convenience so that guests don't need to pay at the restaurant and the charge of Rs 80 per coupon gets added to their room tariff. I then pointed out that the cost of all items in the voucher was Rs 70 and he really expected me to believe that guests were happily paying Rs 80 for it? He expected me to believe it 3. The hotel provides Airport drops. Sathish as the person manning the reception, did not provide us any such facility The above are instances of cheating. For inefficiency, rest assured. Any request you made would NEVER be attended to. I blame the hotel management equally as it is unlikely that such conduct / lies and attempts to cheat by its staff have not been brought to its notice previously. Even otherwise, it cannot escape blame for conduct of its staff Overall, a decent enough hotel but with very bad staff
I had visited this hotel for official purpose. I don't have any suggestion for this hotel. Everything was nice in the hotel. The hotel was located nearby the bus stand. The appearance of the hotel was nice. The complimentary breakfast was provided by the hotel. There was no delay in check-in and check-out process. The activity was not arranged by the hotel. The booking and front office was nice.
It is a very good resort near the beach and it was very convenient in location. The appearance was splendid. The staff were very polite and friendly in behaviour. The room was very spacious, neat, clean and well upheld. The entire basic amenities were available. The restaurant had both veg and non-veg and so it was good. There were many varieties in the kitchen and we really enjoyed the food. The cost of the food is reasonable. There was no delay in check-in and check-out. There were many activities in the hotel and we had a comfortable stay. The money spent was value for the stay in the hotel.
