I stayed at this hotel for One night. Hotel is marvellous, with all the ultra modern facilities. It is a 5 star Hotel. Staff is also very good Rooms are just superb, swimming pool, kids zone, garden, gym, etc, bar were very good. The hotel has many good evening programs within the premises as well. Breakfast was outstanding with more than 50 varieties The only issue is the location of Hotel. It is on the highway and little outside the city. If you don't have your own vehicle then commuting can be an issue, you don't see local or visitors after 7. 30 pm outside hotel, hotel offer Travel desk but it is little costly affair If you are planning to just relax for 2 days and enjoy the property then it is superb and best place with outstanding facilities but if you want to visit frequently to the city area than travelling is an issue.
Two of my Spanish friends were visiting India and they dint want to miss Varanasi / Banaras / Kashi during their maiden trip. So I accompanied them to this holy city. This was the first visit for me too. We have selected Ramada, since it is well known name to my Spanish friends. This hotel is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, away from the hustle bustle of Varanasi's crowd and traffic. The front desk staff as well as the porters were very polite and well behaved. However, I cannot say the same about the night staff at the hotel. They provided the service, but they were rude in speaking. They have a swimming pool and a gym. The pool is not infinity pool, so not very good for laps but good enough to relax. The gymnasium is too small for Ramada's standards, but it was good enough for me. They have a spa with different types of Ayurvedic massages, but in our tight schedule we could not take advantage of that. They have two restaurants - one 24 hours coffee shop and the other one is traditional Indian restaurant. They serve the complimentary buffet breakfast at the coffee shop. Breakfast was very good and you can chose from a variety of cuisines and beverages. I stayed there for two nights and enjoyed my hearty breakfast on both days. We tried the Indian restaurant for dinner. They perform live traditional Indian soothing music, not too loud. Food was very good and they tried not to make it spicy on my spanish friends' request. So even they enjoyed Indian food there. They don't have a poolside bar/restaurant. WiFi / Internet is not free in this hotel. They were charging INR 450 for 24 hours, which is not very expensive either. So overall, it is a nice experience and value for money.
Last month in January I stayed in this hotel. It was my holiday trip with family for religious purpose. The destination was nice specially the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The hotel location was a bit far away from the city although it was easy to locate and close to the railway station. The hotel appearance was average as it was not that much security proof. In fact they were not allowing any client to enter he hotel by auto. I booked the hotel online and the hotel reception people were okay. The room provided was nice and clean. The hotel service was on time and the staff's were very polite. The food was good in taste specially the complimentary breakfast. WiFi was available and Gym Swimming pool was available too. The overall my stay was okay and I was satisfied with the stay. I would recommend this hotel.
Great hotel with all basic amenities and luxurious
It's one of the best hotels I have ever visited in Varanasi. A great hotel with wide veranda and lush gardens I. E. It has colonial roots. It is located very near to the holy Dashaswamedh Ghat and Manikarnika Ghat. The hotel has a conference hall for more than 500 persons. It's also located very near to the railway station, not more than 1 km. Guests can take the sights of Cantonment, KV temple, and other various ghats in the nearby area. The rooms are very stylish and are properly cleaned, and the rooms are cleaned twice a day without asking also. The service provided are also good. The food cooked is also very delicious. Overall its a great hotel with all the basic amenities and luxuriousness. Recommended for all .!
I live in Varanasi so I have a good experience of all the hotels here. The hotel looks very beautiful and adorable from outside but is not too much good from inside. I stayed in the hotel for just 3 days. The room given to me had a large LED TV and a very comfortable bed and sofa. The room was quite large, in fact the whole hotel is quite large. A very good scene is available from the windows. A very good shopping mall is (named just at a walking distance from the hotel. The Food and Drink services are not so good. Overall appearance wise good but not worth it.
