The hotel was on a hill station, and was not near to the bus stand or railway station. The surroundings of the hotel were nice, neat, clean and maintained. There were no shopping malls or entertainment places nearby. The services provided were good. Staff people were friendly, helpful, hygienic and quick to respond to all our requests. The interior and exterior appearance of the hotel was good. The room allotted to us was spacious, clean and well maintained. Pillows, bed sheets and blankets were in clean condition. Basic amenities were available in the room. There was no view from the room. Room and washroom cleaning was done regularly. They had activities which I use. There was no delay in check-in and check-out process.

A good resort in the Wayanad district. It is sited in the midst of a coffee estate, so there's plenty of greenery around. It's fairly secluded, so no noise of vehicles at all. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Only few grouses - pool is very small, it's basically a baby pool. Approach to the resort is very difficult to manoeuvre. Food is very expensive.

The resort is nice to relax amongst the nature serenity. The location is in between coffee; rubber plantations also paan patta plantations. I enjoyed stay with my family. There is nothing much to do. It is just a relaxing location. May be honeymoon kind off. Not much activity here. Just feel nature, talk to birds, nature and good place for meditation. Service wise food is in its nascent stage. As it's a very new property. No drinks. The most adventurous part is the last 1km bit risky, also you may come across viper snake, chimpanzees from the valley. First aid with you is must as hotel have that. No nearby locality. Be ready to natural surprises here. In all it was nice but bit scary. Lacks emergency facilities as its new.

It was good and we enjoyed. Only for payments through online we faced some issue as this is a remote place where signals are poor. Apart from this resort sunrise valley was good and enjoyed. Hotel amenities was good and properly maintained and the given bed was also good we had a relaxed sleep and neatly maintained. Service: Service offered by the restaurant people were good and good cooperation. Would like to come to that hotel again and enjoy the nature.

Four families along with our kids went to Sunrise Valley Resort with lots of hope as it was recommended by one of our friend. Saying that it's beautiful property but it's was not up to the mark. No doubt, food was excellent with great service. But on activities part it was very bad not many things are available other than table tennis table that was also not in very good condition We all were planned to stay at property and spend some great time. But property has nothing to entrainment. No event no games and worst part is place is very small Suggestions:. 1. Please improve the place so that vehicles can get inside the resort . 2. Include some more games so that families can spend some valuable times with near and dear ones . 3. Improve front office people . 4. Have some people entrain kids and guest like some games, Bonfire etc Thanks, hope to see the improvement.
