Good journey and good service

While travelling to Haridwar, I opted the UP Roadways Bus from Kashmiri Gate ISBT. It took one hour to reach at border as the driver was stopping bus at every nook and corner. The journey to Haridwar was not pleasant as the road after Merrut Bypass is full of pot holes as at some stretches Highway construction is going on.

So take the rail route, as it is safe and comfortable.

The bus staff were really good. The bus was really excellent as compared to the price of the ticket. Bus was punctual and good bus quality. Staff behaviour, they were really good. Concluding the above data - The bus gave us a more than needed comfortable drive, with perpetual punctuality.

Journey was okay as we travelled through sleeper and seats were fine. We started at 10 Pm and reached at 4:00 Am (Haridwar). Overall, experience is very good. It is one the best places where one can enjoy the temples and river the Ganges. There are many temples in Haridwar like Chandi Devi Temples, Manasa Devi.

As describe in booking site that the bus is a Volvo with lots of facilitates but when we reached the boarding point I felt that its wastage of money. The, conductor was not behaving well. The seat that we had chosen were different. The seat were conjugated and very difficult to seat and the driver started the AC for 10 mins and switched it off. After a 5 hr travel we all were exhausted and it is very difficult to describe that how to say how we were looted. It does not have Wi-Fi and TV was also not working. When we started our journey driver drove safely but during last 2 hrs he just rush the bus and we all were scared and praying to god we reached our destination safely. I would never suggest to take this bus service.
