New Delhi To Haridwar

Journey was okay as we travelled through sleeper and seats were fine. We started at 10 Pm and reached at 4:00 Am (Haridwar). Overall, experience is very good. It is one the best places where one can enjoy the temples and river the Ganges. There are many temples in Haridwar like Chandi Devi Temples, Manasa Devi.

As describe in booking site that the bus is a Volvo with lots of facilitates but when we reached the boarding point I felt that its wastage of money. The, conductor was not behaving well. The seat that we had chosen were different. The seat were conjugated and very difficult to seat and the driver started the AC for 10 mins and switched it off. After a 5 hr travel we all were exhausted and it is very difficult to describe that how to say how we were looted. It does not have Wi-Fi and TV was also not working. When we started our journey driver drove safely but during last 2 hrs he just rush the bus and we all were scared and praying to god we reached our destination safely. I would never suggest to take this bus service.

It was a good journey and the bus was little bit late but it was OK. The journey was OK and all the facilities provided by the staff were average. The weather was good for travelling and the passengers were also good to me and the bus dropped me near to the hotel.

Roads are excellent, started the journey from New Delhi by Maruti Swift Dzire and it was awesome and the driver was good. We were travelling to Mussourie, Dhanaulti, Rishikesh, Auli and Haridwar by taxi. The snowfall in Auli is excellent through out the day seeming like staying at Switzerland, watching Arati at Haridwar is awesome, lovely greens in Mussourie.

Just as we see in movies, the route has tunnels and greenery. I loved the travelling in train and so did my parents and sister. Reservation was done 30 days in advance and this was a very busy route. It was a 24 hrs journey but we didn't felt exhausted. No beggars or vendors shouting inside the trains, so it was overall good travelling in this train. I could make friends with co-travellers who were in a group of 9 and were going to Haridwar. Hope they too will share their experience in journey to Haridwar.
