"Nice train travel"

2.9/5

Posted 21 November, 2015

Rajdhani travel is always very comfortable and nice and memorable. The food is same with not much change by the railways. There is need for maintaining more cleanliness by the railways. One can take this train with kids. Kids enjoy making tea and enjoy the snacks provided in the train.

"Good train with good service"

4.3/5

Posted 1 December, 2014

Train is very good. It's AC one. Service is good. Food is just to fill stomach. It's just OK not bad. Tea is not good. They provide evening tea, snacks, dinner. Morning tea, breakfast, lunch, snacks are good. I would prefer this train again.

"Bath room facility is not good as cleaning is done the next day morning"

2.9/5

Posted 30 November, 2013

All good, but bath room facility is not good enough. It will only get clean the next day morning. AC was not functioning properly, some time you will feel very hot. Food is amazing, you can try veg and non veg both, both are tasty. The bed cover which they used to provide, check it before you use it.

"Rajdhani provides royal treatment to the passengers"

4.3/5

Posted 13 November, 2013

Traveling long distances I think Rajdhani is a better option. If you can afford flight and have some time to spare. I would suggest travelling by train and that too by Rajdhani. I loved the whole trip as you are given royal treatment as I had booked in first AC. The whole journey was brilliant, awesome food and snacks made it a memorable trip.

"Standard service and elaborate menu"

3.6/5

Posted 16 October, 2013

Its a much better looking compartment than the usual AC compartment. The service is all standard in terms of providing the blankets, hand towels. The food is also pretty standard but the only thing is it lacks variety. The same food keeps repeating. I must say that the meal course is elaborate with a soup with bread sticks provided before the main course and after the main course they provide with a dessert that is usually vanilla ice cream. The only sorry part is the people providing the service come to collect bakshish at the end of the journey as if its mandatory to pay. The toilets are relatively clean with the commode toilet having napkin wipes and hand wash soap available.
