We travelled through Bangalore Rajdhani Express. I took 40 hours to reach Bangalore but the experience by the train was too good. The food was awesome, the facilities were top class. The views from the train was very good and I enjoyed a lot. I met new friends during the journey, they were also of my age so we made fun together .

Mysore city is a very beautiful and small city. It is quite peaceful Mysore Palace Chamubdi Hills and Vrindawan Garden also the weather was super awesome. I just love the place and most importantly Mysore Infosys campus makes it a wonderful place to visit that adds tons of beauty to that city and make it a tech city.

"Pleasant journey with excellent services"

First of all we booked the tickets 2 months before the summer vacations. We have been there two times in last 5 years. We started our journey from Hazrat Nizamuddin station via Bangalore Rajdhani. It takes two days to reach Bangalore and about the train, it's awesome. You will get everything you need in Rajdhani and an excellent level of service and food. Its quality is improved from last time I visited it. I often travel by this train since I am doing my graduation from NIT Warangal but I am from Delhi. The train only halts at 6 or 7 major stations excluding Warangal. Jhansi, Gwalior, Agra Cant, Nagpur, Bhopal and Warangal. It's an on time train and you don't need to worry about anything once you are inside.

"Less impressive compared to other Rajdhanis"

3.2/5

Posted 3 February, 2015

Less impressive compared to other Rajdhanis. I had to book by Tatkal as normal seats were all apparently booked. Yet quite a few seats remained empty. There were also some mosquitoes inside not expected from a Rajdhani. Also unlike the Kolkata Rajdhani, no continental food was available, only the standard fare.

"Train arrived on time & both veg and non-veg food was served "

3.9/5

The journey began from Nizamuddin Station in Delhi. The train arrived on time without delays, atleast that is happening in Rajdhani. The food served were both veg and non-veg, you have an option to change your food preference any time you want and was always before time. I travelled in 2nd class so it was nice, clean, spacious and maintained well. However the toilets were clean till few stations, non Hindi speaking staff were little worried about the cleanliness once train crossed Jhansi. Toilets were never cleaned in 31 hours journey and train arrived on time.
